• More than 30 Days Before Event:
Cancellations made over 30 days before the event will incur a 20% administrative fee.
30 to 8 Days Before Event:
A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days but more than 7 days prior to the event start date.
7 to 1 Days Before Event:
Within 7 days of the event start date, no refunds will be issued, but the fee may be transferred to any other course/conference organized by Medafia Conferences. The transfer is a one-time request only.
On the Day of Event or No-Show: No refunds or transfers will be available for cancellations made one day prior to the event or for no-shows.
Event Changes:
Medafia Conferences reserves the right to make changes to the event’s content, schedule, date, and speakers/faculty as needed. While we strive to deliver the event as advertised, adjustments may occur without prior notice.
Force Majeure:
Medafia Conferences is not liable for any losses, damages, injuries, claims, or expenses if the event is canceled, postponed, or altered due to a Force Majeure event. Force Majeure includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake), acts of God, government restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, transportation interruptions, or other unforeseen emergencies. In such cases, we will either reschedule the event or issue a credit for a future event.
